Our aim is to provide you with advice that is of the highest standard and which is most appropriate for your needs. You will be under no obligation with regards to the advice that we provide you, however, we have many years of debt and insolvency experience and if you decide to take our advice, we will introduce you to one of our professional business partners who will arrange the debt solution that we recommend. Our professional business partners include debt solution providers, insolvency practitioners, business turnaround specialists and specialist solicitors. We may also refer you to not-for-profit debt counselling service providers.

Fees

The service that we provide is completely free of charge which includes the initial consultation, assessment of your case, the advice that we provide and the financial statement that we will prepare for you. If however, we introduce you to one of our professional business partners, who are the administrators of certain debt solutions, then they may charge you for their services. Any such fees will be made clear to you from the outset and you will be under no obligation to take up any fee charging services.

If you take up the services of our professional business partners, then we may receive a fee from the relevant solution provider for assisting them in preparing your financial statement.
